What I'll do: ✗ I invite all relevant local actors to participate to the platform in a first meeting, see the Spiral methodology for more precisions ✗ I organize several meetings to evaluate existing actionsTime I'll need: 3 hours per meetingMaterials: ✗ Small Post-its of 4 different colours ✗ A very large print of the components grid to arrange the post-its ✗ Pencils, white board markers, paper tapeWho to invite? Per action: ✗ The action developers and carriers ✗ The action beneficiaries and concerned inhabitantsSteps: ✗ I organize for each action an evaluation meeting (please refer to Spiral for more info) ✗ I ask the three Spiral evaluation questions:Q1. What are the action's positive impacts on my well-being? Q2. What are its negative impacts on my well-being? ✗ The answers, written anonymously on post-its are redistributed among participantsand attributed to a component on the print, then is asked:Q3. What ameliorations would I propose? ✗ The answers, again written on post-its are redistributed among participants and put on the grid with the other post-its, then:Q4. What could help facilitate coresponsibility for the well-being of all? ✗ For Q4, the post-its are grouped with free groupings (categories made by the participants) ✗ I write the data with their categories in my Spiral evaluations and Co-Acte dashboards on wikispiral.org

Enter your data on wikispiral.org: how to proceed

Co-Acte has a specific dashboard to register data. It is accessible from your SPIRAL dashboard.

First, go to the list of Plat-forms, or Territories, and close to yours a little tool symbol should appear, as in this picture : Image If this is not the case, please Contact us so we can add you as member of the group.

Click on the little tool symbol, and you are in your dashboard (If you click on the name of the plat-form you will be on its public Info page). On top of it is a menu, like below: Image

You have a link to access to you Co-Acte dashboard. Please follow the instructions that are shown in this page in order to register your data. If you have any questions, just Contact us, and in maximum a day we will answer you.
